About Aya Wild
I grew up in an isolated religious enclave, cut off from the outside world. I eventually escaped, and my journey has been deeply transformative, marked by intense inner work over the past decade.
The experiences that once trapped me in cycles of pain and disconnection have now become the foundation for my work: guiding others through their own process of healing and integration.
Through my personal journey, I've found that trauma, bodywork, and plant medicine are powerful tools for transformation—but they require careful integration. That's why I dedicated myself to learning the most effective ways to support others in healing.

As a Gentle Healing Coach, I work with individuals who are struggling to integrate their trauma, psychotherapy, somatic bodywork, and plant medicine experiences. My goal is to help you find clarity, regain balance, and live with passion—without feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Together, we'll explore the deep parts of your experience and integrate them into your everyday life in a grounded, practical way.
Drawing from both lived experience and professional expertise, I walk alongside you as you reconnect to your true self and your natural flow, so that healing can unfold in your own time.
